Back Post: Zach's 8th Birthday Celebration

Better late than never! So here's how we celebrated my eldest son's 8th birthday last July 8 (2013). Exact day was Monday so we had to celebrate the weekend before that.

We ate in Kenny Roger's. And if you haven't been there lately (or obviously, I haven't really been there for long), they have a lot of good food combos to choose from. The kids had burgers, the daddy had the healthy plate and i missed the classic roasted chicken and 2 side dishes combo.

And then we watched my sons' much awaited movie - Despicable Me 2. The long cue was worth it. Never a dull moment with this movie. And I personally want to watch it again. But gone are the days when you can stay inside the theater if you want to watch the movie over and over again. Anyway, thanks to torrent! We can watch it at home.

We're so delighted with the minions that we wanted a photo with all the tarps we saw in the moviehouse.

After the movie, the kids did what they wanted most, drive cars in Festival Mall Driving Skool.

One hand

No hands

See the delight in the boy's face.

Skips

And finally my most favorite, Pixie Forest Fairy :D eeheehee

Next day, my in-laws came to our house and Zach blew his bday candle.

He personally chose this Dulce de leche cake from Red Ribbon. Yumminess!

I made them pasta with red sauce and bechamel on top. And also my hubby's request, mango crepe. Sorry me, no photos of the food to tease you.
