Today's Menu: Kare-Kare

Have been craving for Kare-Kare so I tried to cook one. For the first time!

I don't know the English term for this dish. Is it Pork in Peanut Sauce?

Sorry I don't know how to do the presentation. But it looked like Kare-Kare in person :D. And I was glad hubby was enticed to eat it. Or else there's nothing else for his lunch hehe. He just opted out the Barrio Fiesta Bagoong and matched it with fish sauce instead. And he liked it. Yey!

hahha I laughed at it! "hubby enticed to eat it or nothing else for his lunch!" out of choice..hihihi.. sometimes cooked and joke the same way coz I know I am not a goods cook but hubby always let me feel I am good or he was just a voracious eater :D Happy Monday ate Jona :)

hubby ko kasi ayaw nya ng complicated na food. he will choose hotdogs over crabs. that's why I'm happy when he eats food like this.
