Building Strike Gundam

As promised, we bought Kuya Zach his Gundam robot as a reward for his gold award in school. Surprise! As we opened the box, the robot needs to still be assembled. There are lots of details and tiny parts which looks like it can't be done in just one sitting. So we waited for this long vacation to start building the full package. Daddy and the two boys started building last night, which took them 1 hour for the first main part which is the body unit. Then this morning, they assembled the head. And now they're fixing the arm units.

You can't complete the robot without looking at the manual. Well, it's in Japanese so you need to just follow the images and numbers. One important thing you need to know is don't cut out all the parts all at the same time. Or you'll end up mixing and confusing the parts all together. Parts are located in different beds. For example, you need to do the left arm, you need to find the N bed first then cut only the number 13 and 14 parts. Then find the Q bed and cut number 2.
You need sharp cutters like, the Daddy used a nail cutter and cutter. And most importantly, building Strike Gundam robot can't be done by a child alone but needs daddy strength. So there's going to be lots of bonding time making a Gundam robot.
