Last Friday, the hubby got home with a box of Vanilla Cupcake Bakery in hand.
He planned on bringing home J.Co donuts as treat for Mother's Day but the line was terribly looooonnnngggg. tsk tsk! so he just brought home these sweet cupcakes.
first one from left is the Red vElvet cupcake with cream cheese frosting which was finished by kuya Zach. Then the one with oreo toppings and strawberry fondant is a chocolate chip cupcake. Both tastes great! But just a little hint, the fondant is too sweet but still the choco cupcake itself is superb. Their best seller is the red velvet cupcake according to the hubby. But my fave among the three is the carrot cupcake. It's moist inside with walnut bits.

At church last Sunday, the dads surprised us, moms with a serenade and roses to a cute upbeat song. I'm not familiar with it but the dads' moves and antics were really cute. The kids gave us handmade crowns. I hope I can get photos so I can share it here too.
