Why Chinese Athletes Win The Gold In Olympics?

At the closing of the 16-day London Olympics 2012, next to USA, China bagged the second most golds.
In China, when a child is spotted with a potential, teachers tip off the government and the child is pulled out from school and sent to sports training schools. Training is funded by the government as well as the supply of more abundant food than other school kids.

These are training schools in Nanning, China, where the most rigid training occurs.
