Mommy Moments - Precious Gifts

Zach gives me flowers everytime he sees a good one by the road side. His thoughtfulness is flattering. I've yet to see when they come to the age when they will know that they can give gifts too. =D

A New Bestfriend

I found a new best friend. It's not a pearl bracelet or a set of pearl earrings.
It does its job good without complains. Cleans clothes fast, easy and smelling good.

As we decided not to look for another helper, we chose to buy an automatic washing machine. I thought it's more than twenty thousand pesos but we bought this LG 7.5kg capacity for less than fourteen thousand. It's good we looked in SM coz they offer discounts. A-- offers original prices only.



Call me addict to doing laundry wehe =D I feel like I want to wash clothes everytime I see this machine. Now I need more hangers coz I can wash loads and loads of clothes in one day. This morning I washed two bed sheets and a towel. It would be a problem if i don't have my bestfriend with me. But it really made the life of a SAHM easier and convenient. Papindot-pindot na lang. *grin*

While washing the clothes I can:

- play or read books with my kids

- watch movies or videos

- read a book

- blog

So far we're catching up without a helper. Doing things little by little as I can't tire myself too much.

Anyway, I noticed that the night comes in early. A sign that Christmas is coming and the year is close to bidding goodbye. Time really flies so fast!

Mommy Moments - A Day At The Mall

This moment I'm going to share today was when we attended one of my cousins' son's birthday. They usually come home here in the Philippines in time to celebrate their kid's special day.


Very rare do we see Zach dancing, but he had fun doing it with cousin LJ. The celebrant is the little boy in white shirt.


After the food, games and candle blowing, we had a free ride-all-you-can tickets to Storyland courtesy of the celebrant.
These beautiful kids are my kids' cousins from my side.
Kuya Zach had fun with all the rides a blast at the roller coaster. He went in it for more than five times that day. Gabe was happy with the kiddie rides. Didn't want to get off the yellow baby giraffe.


Going home time. Goodbye kisses to nanay and tatay.

In the car, Gabe dozed off with a lolli in his mouth.

Not So Well Today

I'm not feeling well today. My muscles are all aching. My back feels like I'm carrying rocks. I don't know if it's because of the laundry yesterday or the monthly period. I've also visited the toilet for several times this morning because of diarrhea. And that makes me feel weak.

Good thing, hubby is here, still on vacation. He took the other guy with him, buying medicine for me. He'll be coming in a new company on Thursday. We got to be ready for that coz he needs to be in his best as a new slave, er...employee in the company. He better be good! Even when the company doesn't have an employee monitoring.

Replacing Puti

When problems occur in the middle of the road and visits to the shop become often, it's tempting to think of replacing Puti.

Last night, we looked up for different models of new cars on the internet.



Purchasing a new car for us would mean scratching all and many things in our priority list. Even a second hand car would finish all the money.

Need to really think over this a bunch.

Update bout the helper. She finally showed up this morning. But expectedly, just to get her things. Her reason for leaving was that she'll be the one to take care of her niece as her sister would be working. True or not, I feel that she obviously doesn't want to work for us anymore.

I felt lighthearted when she left. I feel bad though thinking that she's lying to me about lots of things.

I'm deciding not to get a helper again. Perhaps life would be more peaceful with that.

Bach aching but I feel fulfilled to have finished half of the laundry today. Clap clap clap! The comeback of the fresh smelling clothes.

Help-less

No Help-er.

So at 4AM I'm doing the laundry. I attempted to wash the clothes yesterday but the little guy kept messing around. Oh I should have taken a shot of the flour all over the kitchen and the little guy swimming over it.

The helper's clothes are still here so I need to figure out what to say to her when she appears to get her things. She owes me four thousand pesos for her travel fee from her province if she won't stay for one year. She knows that right from the start. Hubby says just to let her go. What do you think? I need your comments here please.

Anyway, I'll see the washing machine now before the guys wake up. Or I'm in trouble.

Mommy Moments - Music and Me

Music gives different kinds of moods to my kids. It can hype them up or relax them to slumber.

Can't find my photo or video of Kuya Zach playing a little drumset on the eve of Christmas when he was still smaller. The drumset didn't survive by the way.

But here's Winter dancing to Pumpkin song. Zach plays it over and over again from Starfall website and makes Winter (and me) dance. Kuya Zach is in the mood here dancing, rolling on the bed.



Still, the little boy's favorite now is Lady Gaga's "Poker Face". He has a video with his dad in my celphone (just don't have a cable to connect) when he sings "po-po-po-po-po-po-po-po-po feyth!"
At sleepy time, the little boy likes to doze off to "How Much Is That Doggie In the Window" like Patti Page version. A new favorite that surpassed "Rainbow Connection."
